Mayor Steven Berman of Gilbert Welcomes Arizona State Credit Union to San Tan Village
Gilbert, Ariz.-Arizona State Credit Union has moved into the bustling San Tan Village and opened its doors to all Gilbert Arizona residents. On November 14, 2008, a grand opening event including a ribbon cutting ceremony and a drawing to "Double Your Paycheck" gave Gilbert residents and officials a chance to celebrate the new branch, located at 2721 S. San Tan Village Parkway, in Gilbert Arizona.
The ribbon cutting ceremony included Gilbert Mayor Steven Berman and Mary Salvati, VP of Marketing and Sales for the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce. Arizona State Credit Union officials included Board Chair Marquetta White, Board Member Joseph Smith, and President/CEO David E. Doss.
"Our new San Tan Branch represents the growth of our membership in Gilbert, and we're happy to join such a vibrant community," said President/CEO David E. Doss. "This is just another step to increase our accessibility across the State of Arizona. Anyone who lives in the Gilbert community and surrounding areas is eligible for membership."
"I'm particularly happy to see this organization come to Gilbert," said Mayor Berman. "It's wonderful to see this big step taken by Arizona State Credit Union. I expect this to be the leading branch here in Gilbert."
